Conference fees

The registration fee includes admission to the conference, conference materials, a welcome reception, coffee breaks, an excursion, and a conference dinner. Accommodation costs and meals are not included in the conference fee. The payment amount depends on the participant's status and the payment date, as summarized below. Invited speakers receive a 20% discount. You can check the latest exchange rates on the website of the National Bank of Poland.
